Description: This technique is similar to the Quincy technique Ransōtengai, where the user controls her body or a targets body like a puppet. Though the methods vary, where the Quincy uses reishi, Hikari uses electrical impulses to control the nervous system and forcibly move the body regardless of paralysis, broken bones or anything else that would impede normal movement. The duration is as stated by the tech guide as well as CDs. Note she cannot make other people use their techniques, only physical movements.

Description: Hikari can drop any number of lightning bolts at a time between 1 - 15, either in different spots or all in the same location as long as it is within her range. The bolts move from speeds of half bala to cero and each bolt packs the damage of the appropriate tier being used unless all striking in the same place (At that point the tier damage would be the culminative damage of the bolts).

Description: By focusing on any two to five targets Hikari can cause the magnetic fields around all these targets to become attracted to each other forcing them to become stuck together for the duration of the post which is anywhere from 7 to 6 posts depending on the tier used. The targets move towards each other at half bala or cero speed and the techs CD is double the duration.

Description: Hikari takes a running start, and going as fast she can begins to bltiz the opponent while attacking them from various directions without slowing down at all. She can strike up to ten times and can hit multiple targets going for a chain attack instead of a single barrage as long as they are within 10m of her, but she cannot exceed more than 10 strikes per usage with this technique.

Description: A movement technique that allows the user to move extremely quickly over short distances. The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed.
